Accurate diagnosis is essential to ensure appropriate treatment. We report two cases, which presented as hemolytic anemias, but initial workup was inconclusive and they were finally diagnosed with the help of Next Generation Sequencing (Dehydrated Hereditary Stomatocytosis and Kӧln Hemoglobinopathy).
