To the best of our knowledge, only one case study reported the combination of PAL with pheochromocytoma. In the current study, we present the second case who was a 63-year-old man admitted to our hospital with hematuria and abdominal discomfort. Ultrasound imaging indicated the presence of a lesion, 5×4×3 cm in size, in the upper pole of his right kidney.
